Great bike shop that will help you fix your bike at a very decent price. Popular brands like Specialized, Cervelo, and Santa Cruz bikes are available. Bike shop was recommended by TC (from another bike shop) to fix my Santa Cruz. I had a creaking noise that previous shop can't fix after two visits. Kenny was able to fix it in a day so I that I can have my bike back quick. Service was just too notch even though I didn't purchase my bike there. Great shop.

I went to Lucky Brake to get my bike fit by Kyle. It made a huge difference for my comfort and efficiency. It was easy to get scheduled and Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He was super informative and friendly - I immediately recommended him to my husband who had an awesome experience too. Aside from my bike fitting, the rest of the team in the store is also top notch. When Kyle was setting up my bike for the fitting, Andrew noticed that the hanger on my rear derailleur was bent and made the quick repair while I was in the shop! I went back to get some other issues looked at and Kenny and Mark took the time to walk me through a lesson and the set up on my bike even though I didn't purchase my bike there. I will definitely be buying future bikes at Lucky Brake and getting them to do all future service on my bike. I cannot recommend this place enough, they are kind, informative, honest, and wonderful to work with.

This is a great bike shop. Kyle and his team take great care of you. I had my Retul FIT done by Kyle and was very happy with his knowledge, expertise and experience. Always helpful, never pushy. Even though I do most of my own work and I've yet to buy a big-ticket item from them, they've done minor adjustments I didn't have the proper tools for on the spot and free of charge (that's no guarantee of no-charge in the future, of course, they need to keep the shop open - I just consider myself lucky - maybe they were slow days). Because of that I happily refer folks to them and buy consumable parts and such when I stop in. Great shop to have in town.

I will start about myself so you understand the review. I am becoming a cranky old man that is constantly disappointed with customer service. I don't leave bad reviews, I just don't go back. I purchased a bike from this location shortly before it was sold to the current owner. I've hated this bike pretty much since the day I bought it but kept it as it was a "baby seat bike" then turned "low speed with kids bike". Recently I found my rear rim requiring service as it was no longer true. I called and someone answered the phone quickly and respectfully. I asked questions and got answers instead of wishy-washy responses. That sold me enough to try to have my bike serviced at that location. I brought it in and was greeted instantly even though he was engaged in another task. Very much within reason, it was my turn to be waited upon. I explained why I was there and he took my bike to the stand. He looked at the rear wheel and found a broken spoke. While the story may not be important, he was able to demonstrate the failure and why the estimate changed a little since our phone call. That was great! He treated me with respect, demonstrated the issue, provided an instant estimate and took my information. The work was completed faster than expected (and promised) and I received a phone call of notification. Upon return, again I was greeted quickly and he seemed like he cared about returning my bike. I should have been more polite myself by asking his name but I did not. The receipt says Andrew. Hopefully that is correct. W/O 25183 if that helps the owner recognize the employee. One service visit turned around my opinion and as a result, I will return. I was happy to write this review as this young man deserves it!
