This place is awesome. I had a hard time with our local Urban Arrow dealer in CT and I ended up getting in touch with Mission Electric Bike. Tyler rules. He was so easy to work with, provided great customer service, and got my bike to me in the exact time frame quoted (2 weeks). I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for an electric bike.

Another great trip to mission electric for annual tune up on our Reise Mueller bicycles. We have been riding almost daily year round almost all weather. Tyler Justin is extremely knowledgeable and capable regarding e bike maintenance. We had lunch at great Indian restaurant that he recommended as he checked and tuned the bikes. We did a test ride and marveled at his attention and adjustments before loading up the bikes and heading home . Wonderful visit superb bike shop great service.

I love my Gazelle ebike from Mission Electric. Tyler answered every question (a million). My wife who was very nervous loves going out on the bike paths. I love the quality of the bikes and the comfort of having Mission Electric to keep it safe, maintained is key. Don't get sucked into the cheaper models online.. trust me. I have gone on 30+ mile rides where regular bike 10-12 was max. Love em!!!
