Smiling and being just a naturally good person can go a long way you can also score you business. Don't go to Neptune's the owner it doesn't matter what his name is was horrible with his customer service basically pushed me out the door as soon as I entered. Told me I needed to stay the night and get my bike in the next day to get it looked at. All I wanted was a crank arm for my pedals I could install it myself and he told me no. Go to tarpon Tom's.. This dude at Neptune's from Neptune ,lonely,cold, BUT I got to give him credit his store was pretty jam up.... I'm sure the lease on the building is too!!! YAWEH GRACE

I rented an ebike from here. The man helping me was very patient while I picked the right one and tried it out. The price was fair and the bike worked great.
