Really awesome shop and even better people! My son worked through the summer to get a new BMX bike and we had some struggles with the back brake frame hitting the tire. Took the bike to Patapsco and they got everything working quickly. Cheers to Mario and the crew for being so patient and fun while taking care of a bike that means so much to my son. We will be back for any and all of our bike needs! Thanks guys!

Great customer service, quick and friendly! I highly recommend this place. They were able to give me some great tips as a first time biker, and took great care of my bike.

Took my Rad City 5 E bike there to have the rear derailer adjusted. They put it on the rack and checked it out. Immediately said it was an easy fix. Adjusted all the gears and answered several questions regarding my bike. They don't even sell that brand. Friendly honest people! Will definitely be my "go to" bike shop for any future issues or purchases.

Had a wonderful experience working with Eric to select the right bike. The team there is super knowledgeable and patient. They also have a great nearby trail that you can use when test-riding to simulate your experience. It was worth the hr+ drive to work with them and I will continue to go back because of the service. Thank you Eric and Jim for working with me. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t say the bike rides great. Super happy with the purchase and looking forward to continuing my rides.

Spent way too much money for a terrible experience with a wheel rebuild. After a handful of rides and feeling something still off, took to another shop who rebuilt to the actual e.thirteen specs and walked me through all the issues with the previous build (spoke length, tension, lack of nipple washers…). Take the time and find a reputable shop you can trust. Only positive was Eric’s continual apologies while the other guy made excuses.
