Came in about 2 months ago and the guys seemed really weird towards my kids. Nice bikes, horrible customer service. However I'm pretty sure if you have pictures they'd be more then happy to help.

I would avoid this bike shop at all costs. The vibe is incredibly unprofessional, skin crawling even… the work is abhorrent quality and quite unethical….it doesn’t feel safe for children and I absolutely would never purchase a children’s bike from here as they will blame the child if an adult breaks it. I could never get them to admit any culpability in the breaking of the bike and instead they just kept defending their employee who broke the bike, because perhaps the brothers who own the shop are bike breakers like their employee. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.

Horrible representation of the community and morals. I will never recommend a business that presents themselves the way they have. I will never purchase anything from this store as it is obvious they cannot be trusted. Just look at the reviews that state the terrible customer service with regard to care of equipment for repair. Their actions speak louder that words. Purchase or repair elsewhere where you can enjoy some fried pickles.

Horrible shady business. All owners stood together, didn’t help me. My 10 year old daughter comes in from the car and immediately they popped up and came over to talk to us, mostly her. They asked if she wanted a hug as well. Wasn’t interested in making a sale at all. Just seemed very creepy and I had to get the hell outta dodge.

My 12-year-old niece came into this establishment with me and was eyeballed by an employee there. When I approached his coworker about what was going on he just blamed my niece instead of his own coworker for being a "hussie". I am appalled by this behavior and would not recommend anyone to come to the store.
