We planned a last minute trip to Winston-Salem to visit Old Salem for the first time during Christmas season the first of December. We had no plans on our "off" day, and called the morning of to see if we could rent bikes for that afternoon to ride to Salem Lake. Delighted to receive confirmation and found the bikes to be in great condition and top quality! I enjoyed them a little too much, to where my Trek traditional bike may not suffice anymore. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative. We did have flooding issues on the Greenway, but we were already advised on what to do if we found that problem. It would be nice if the City of Winston-Salem addressed that flooding issue. Had a great day touring the lake and the quarry. Hardly anyone on the trail, but those we encountered were very friendly. I'd love to do it all over again!

Had an AMAZING time on our tour this past Sunday! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wow, Hal is an amazing tour guide and was full of all kinds of interesting tidbits of knowledge about the area! The bikes were outstanding...🏆 🚲 🏆. We took a bike tour while in San Francisco earlier this year and those bikes were a joke compared to the Pedego bikes we experienced Sunday! Had a blast!!!

We rented some E-bikes for a day to explore the city. I called them the same day I wanted to rent without a reservation and they were totally accomodating. It was a great time and the bikes were in great working condition. They had so much information to help us navigate the city and get to the places we were interested in visiting. I would recommend them over and over again.

Great place to find quality products! Hal and Alexa are very nice to work with. I was able to find a very well built and neat electric trike. If anyone is in a bike, trike, segway or accessories. They have a nice selection of well built products.
