I enjoyed a great afternoon with colleagues on a guided e-bike tour! The owner, Scott, was our tour guide and did an amazing job teaching us the basics of riding electric bicycles and leading us through hidden gems of downtown Indy. We learned so much about our city and were impressed at how fast time flew! 2 hours with a brewery stop was perfect. In addition to guided tours, they offer individual bicycle rentals with maps of the cultural trail provided, fun corporate events, and retail. There are 4 bike style options and rentals include helmet, smartphone mount, and attached storage pack for wallet, beverages, etc. The tour definitely surpassed my expectations!

My husband and I were planning our retirement and one of the things we knew we wanted to do is buy two e-bikes and spend lots of time on them. My husband spent over a year researching practically every e-bike made but we couldn't feel comfortable purchasing online with no one to help us with questions and service, and buying bikes with no, or a short warranty. The clouds parted the day we walked into Scot & Cathy's Pedego store! Scot spent over an hour with us, patiently answering all our questions and concerns. We left the store knowing we had found the brand of bike that was right for us and the people to buy them from! When we returned to pick out our colors and options, Scot and Cathy once again patiently answered every question, helped us pick all of our options until we have picked out the perfect bike for each of us. They wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our purchase, never making us feel hurried. We have high quality bikes, with five-year warranties, and a store we can bring them back to for any help or service we need. Honestly, we consider it a blessing to have found Scot & Cathy and our gorgeous new Pedego bikes. They have gone above and beyond to provide the most amazing purchasing experiences we've ever experienced. We truly feel like family and even though we live an hour away, we plan to bring our Pedegos and join their e-bike gatherings!

I called Scott at Pedego to inquire about a tandem for my son and I. We have been riding a traditional Tandem for years. After talking on the phone, my wife and i went up to the shop to view the tandem and ask questions. Scott and his wife were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Hayden and I have already put almost 100 miles on the new Pedego tandem and absolutely love it. I've been riding road bikes and mountains bikes for years and absolutely love the build quality if this Pedego Tandem.

If I could give this Pedego 1000 stars I would. Have you ever had an experience so amazing that it literally changes your life? Scot, Cathy and their brand new Pedego Indy in the Bottleworks district did just that for my husband and I. We came to their recent opening and talked to Scot about getting a tandem bike, my husband unexpectedly lost his sight in February of this year and with it all of our favorite activities slipped away. We thought if we could get a tandem bike we could bring back our ability to ride together. My husband could feel the wind in his hair again and we could find some joy and freedom together. Scot let me know they didn’t have one in stock but he would do his best to find us a tandem and he reached out the next week to let us know he found one in St. Louis! His mechanic went and picked it up for us brought it back and got it all set up in just a little over a day! We were able to pick it up and get it for the long Labor Day weekend. I had never ridden a tandem but Scots mechanic has lots of experience with tandems and taught us how to ride before we took off down the Monon. Everything about our experience was beyond outstanding! You may not need this type of support but knowing that Scot, his wife Cathy and their mechanic all care this much about one customer you can rest assured you will be taken care of and you are supporting a business that cares about its customers. Our first ride was amazing! Pedego bikes are high quality and gave us such a smooth ride we felt free and laughed and talked about all of the places we are excited to go now that we can ride together again. If you have been thinking about getting an e-bike do it now and make sure it’s a Pedego!

FAV experience in INDY ♡♡♡ I had the best experience renting an e-bike with this shop ! We were in Indianapolis for the RMI Symposium and got a chance to do a team activity - highly recommended, the cultural trail is about 12 km, it took us about 2 hours (including multiple stops for photos). Scot showed me how to use the bike, and offered a helmet. I also bought some sunnies from the brand Goodr (sold on store) that were great for biking or running.
