Great and friendly place. I took my bike there because I couldn't lower my saddle. The nice lady told me my post was too long and that she could cut it for me. I said go for it. She came back 5 min later, and when I asked her how much she said not to worry about it. That was really nice of her. Staff is always friendly. I've taken my bikes there many times and will continue to do so.

I needed some adjustments done to my bike fitting and called Playtri expecting to have to setup an appointment. Angie answered my call, and on top of taking the time to listen to all my needs, she told me to bring the bike after 12pm, same day, to do a quick fitting. Angie was extremely professional and answered all my questions. Bike feels way better now. Can't thank her enough for everything. If you're in need of anything for your bike, call Playtri and ask for Angie. Highly recommended.

First time using Playtri RR and I was truly impressed! Angie got me fixed up with some quick service while I waited and Grant showed me some bikes for a possible backup unit. (All of this wonderful service was delivered with a smile and friendly attitude - which I greatly appreciated!) Thanks for a great first time experience - I'll be back for sure!

Angie and Franciso were amazing sellers. I was researching and looking around for a mountain bike and saw that they had a deal with one of their bikes. So I decided to go personally to the store and they helped me out with the purchase from the beginning to the end and recommended me and fitted me out for the right bike for me and ended out with an amazing Mountain Bike with the brand named Fuji. They allowed me to test the bike at the site. The one they had for viewing was a medium and Angie was eye fitting for me and suggested that I go a size higher with a large according to my height. Luckily they had it on stock at the warehouse and said I needed to wait which was OK for me and decided to purchase it. The built was fast as It was thanksgiving as I bought the bike on Saturday and received it Tuesday 2 days before thanksgiving. I tested it during Thanksgiving day in one of the trails and I can say that this bike is the right fit for me! They even recommended some bike trails that I can try in the future such as Spider Mountain. I love the customer service they provided and welcomed me to the Playtri family. If you need bikes I would definitely go check them out as there was no pressure to buy and I really loved their hospitality and the concern and the love they gave.

As a novice bike rider/purchaser, they were very patient with all my questions! We left with a bike and are excited about the perks that come with the bike to get the best life out of it.
