I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service at Poway Bicycle. I came in near closing time to get the slipping issue in my gears when shifting looked at. Mikey was extremely helpful and down to earth. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and it is now so smooth going thru the gears. Also, when I asked about getting an appointment to get my dropper post set up (it was not connected) he said let’s take a look at it now. He set up the dropper seat and even replaced the wiring as it was too short to position the seat. Mikey went way above in helping me out. I’ll be back to this shop. I highly recommend it.

They dinged the crap out of brand new fork and didn’t even bother to mention it to me when I picked up my bike. The fork is BRAND NEW. Never ridden. Just put on and there is a huge ding on it AFTER I picked it up from these guys. Dings happen. It’s the fact that they didn’t even bother mentioning it to me that bothers me the most. Never again.

Just stopped by to get a replacement part for a bike chain. Mikey went above and beyond to look through some of his parts to find exactly what we needed instead of making us go elsewhere or ordering it. Saved us a tremendous amount of time and we will definitely be back here for our next purchase. Highly recommend this place.

Great customer service. Helped to remove pedals from my daughter’s bicycle during busy time, did not charge anything for that.

Everyone here is so down to earth friendly 🙏🏽 Im a noob in the bike world, just put my bike together after I had it shipped to my house and needed to make sure it was fully tuned. Vinny in service went above and beyond - took his time to do a full check and adjust my derailleur PLUS he also volunteered some valuable info and answered all my questions. And just like that i found my go-to spot 🏆 10/10 would recommend!
