Great experience picking up my Yamaha ebike. Got a free fitting and adjustment and was able to ask all my questions and get comfortable on the bike. Awesome place to buy a bike!

I bought my e-bike from this shop in Poway about 2 years ago (a Specialized Turbo Levo) and recently, after fully charging the e-bike, the display would not turn on. I took the bike in for diagnosis and within no time they found the issue - the battery inside the display panel had to be recharged as well. They quickly charged it up, updated the firmware, and had me on the go in no time. This is excellent customer service. They even gave me the lube for the chains. Thank you! It is very much appreciated!

Do not buy from here!! I ordered a Yamaha Moro Pro over a month ago, got a confirmation, and was expecting my bike with in 2-4 weeks. I would keep checking on the order and all I got was we're still processing the order and waiting for the new shipment. I then received an email stating that I didn't get an allocation after all. Are you kidding me??? I can not find that bike anywhere anymore! Everyone is sold out! If I new that I wasn't going to get one I still had a chance of getting one elsewhere. But almost 5 weeks later I am out of a Yamaha. They did offer me another bike but I didn't like it. These guys over sold a product they couldn't deliver. I would give them 0 stars if it would let me.

I was shopping online for emtb when I came across fly rides and the great sale that they had going on there’s a lot to choose from, got in contact with will who went above and beyond answering and showing me different options. When I decided a few days later unfortunately that bike went off sale. But will was able to match the sale price and get it fully built and delivered to Northern California in less then a week. These guys are great!
