I am revising my previous review after receiving the owner's reply. I showed you the parts and agreed to the price, expecting the bike to be fixed or replaced where necessary. I was willing to pay for this service, of course. However, you should have mentioned over the phone that the only work completed was replacing the bike tube I brought in. Instead, you just said, "it's done and ready to pick up," without any further explanation. I was excited, expecting the bike to be fully repaired and ready to go. Instead, I discovered that only the tire tube had been replaced, and I was charged almost $50 for this minimal service. I will not be returning here and will advise others to avoid this place if they need bike repairs.

Love this store. The bikes are amazing and they have an excellent price range depending on what your looking for. The owner is super helpful and knows his stuff. I also was impressed by his bike tech guy... super knowledgeable and fixed something I messed up on my bike efficiently and I wasn't charged an outrageous price. All in all, a great experience.

I recently visited Black Rock Bikes after seeing their signs for E-Bike service outside their shop off Crown Valley and Niguel Rd. And let me tell you, it was one of the best experiences I've had with an E-Bike shop! The tech there is incredibly knowledgeable and Dan was especially great to work with. I needed some new handlebars installed on my small Murf, and Dan actually suggested I buy the handlebars myself and then have them install them, which saved me money. That's the kind of honesty you don't find everywhere! They also installed some fenders I purchased from Amazon, which I knew would require some additional work. But they did it all for an excellent price, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I would highly recommend Black Rock Bikes to anyone looking for an E-Bike or E-Bike service. Thanks for the great experience, Black Rock Bikes!

Joe assembled an e-bike I bought online and it went really smoothly. It took less than an hour and the bike looks great. It would have took me three days to assemble.

Would highly recommend and had a great experience getting my pedal bike tuned up and flat tire fixed. The owner and all the staff are friendly and informative. They also have the knowledge and expertise I was searching for when it comes to researching a future purchase of an e-bike. Affordable, local and service was completed on time. Will def use them for any future bike servicing and renting an e-bike (not a current service here in LN) and visiting their Maui location while on vaca later this year to rent.
