Johny was amazing in helping me on the phone (securing my refundable $100 deposit) and in person (test ride and adjustments, even as the shop was closing). I was a bit intimidated as a beginner cyclist going to buy my first MTB but felt very comfortable here. I ended up getting a fuel ex 7. Johny took the time to explain the features and maintenance to me, and even loaded my bike in the car with a smile. Would recommend this location to anyone in the market 🤙

Very good experience here getting my new Trek Fuel EX. Staff was super helpful and I was also able to get a good deal. Special shoutout to Johnny who was exceptionally accommodating and patient and did a great job overall.

The work done to restore my Fuji Cross bike was exemplary. I would have to say it now performs better then when it was brand new, which makes me think it was never assembled or tuned to the exacting standards of the Jax mechanics.Well done!

Awesome service, friendly staff, super helpful. During a commute, my chain jammed between my frame and front crank, and the mechanics fixed it right away, sending me on my way within a few minutes. Thanks so much for top-notch crew and great service. I highly recommend JAX.
