I am so thrilled to have a shop that can work on my families e-bikes in our area. The guys that run the store truly care about what they are doing. Apparently- they get so many kids bikes in to be worked on which are just about to fail. Things like brakes, chain not properly adjusted and seats that are so loose one trip down a big hill and BAAM!!!!! ER if you're lucky. I just went in to pick up my sons bike, which had a back tire that needed to be fixed as it was flat. The owners of the company let me know that they are planning on going to the local school districts in the area and letting them know how bad of shape the bikes are in that our kids are riding. Pls just take your bike in and ask them to go through and make sure it's safe. If you are not going this yourself at least once per month your kid is living on borrowed time.

I have been an avid ebike rider for years and my Koa ebike is one of the best out there. Well worth the price. The quality , the look and the smooth ride. The power is efficient for a great ride and long distance.
