I bought front and rear lights for MTB and the owner (I believe) was very helpful. Each time I’ve come in he has always gone above and beyond, not only just answering questions, but giving thoughtful suggestions too. The other employees also always help out and I leave finding what I need. Always excited to come back to the store even just to look around.

I am so happy with this place. All the people that work here are riders and know about the bikes they sell, even if they are young " kids" I got great advice on some tasteful mods and accessories to put on my levo SL. And I was helped out by the whole team, including the main service guys and manager when I brought my levo, SL and not working. I’m especially impressed by them not charging for extra services or tests that are not needed. I was afraid of walking in here and being treated like when you walk into the service area of a car dealership this is not a dealership. These are cool guys that ride and will take care of me again next time I’ll be back for sure. Really earned my trust and business!

If you're a roadie just ignore any front staff who watched paw patrol in the last 10 year ago. Their knowledge of road bikes is lacking at best. If it's not SRAM they look at you confused. Their mechanics are great, the young kids up front are as good as Campagnolo's MTB grouppo.

I just had my bike serviced here recently and I have to say everybody is extremely professional and very helpful! explained everything to me Which was super helpful cause I am definitely an amateur when it comes to bikes so having them explain the things I need and gave me all the prices of every service they were going to do! they were actually really busy the day I came in so they asked permission to Keep my bike at the shop. They said I could just come back for it when it was ready, but that they would keep me updated through text! They were very prompt about their text messaging even trying to call me and then texting me to let me know that there was something else that needed to be Fixed but it cost an extra couple of dollars but they gave me the final price even with the added charge! Still Even with the added part they needed to fix the total price was still great and when I road my bike home at the end of my workday it road like a dream!!!! I hiiiiighly recommend taking your bike here!!!!
