We’ve been in and out over the last year. To start Dan was super helpful answering questions and helping us find the best bikes that both fit our needs and budget. Not only that, he remembered us both a year later when we brought them in for a tune up. Everyone in both the service shop and sales team are super helpful every time we come in helping us load and unload bikes, always willing to answer questions and explain the reason behind maintenance and how to maintain our bikes so that they perform better and last longer. We’ll most certainly be back!

Great service and expertise. Dan was very patient with our whole family and did not pressure us to make a decision on the spot. We ended up with 3 bikes and learned a lot about the equipment in general at the same time!

Took a bike in for a fix and received excellent professional and timely service. Kyle the mechanic was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend this bike shop over any others I’ve dealt with in the past.

Chris was the best!! We stopped by looking for a different brand bike and we left with 2 brand new Treks! Chris wasn’t overly pushy or sales pitchy, you could tell he just cared about bikes and helping people!! Once we made our purchase the guys in the back went over maintenance and setup. Everyone was awesome! This is why you shop locally!!!
