They got some super fancy bikes there. I worked with on of the cool guys there who was honest about kids bicycles and made some really good recommendations. I like the vibe and how not push they are. Plenty to choose from.

Purchased my E bike at KLM during Covid. What a great decision. They give great service. Got my bike ready for next spring by updating battery putting on fenders putting on a mirror lubing it up ready to go.

Looked at bikes online and decided to go into the store and so glad I did. Fish was super helpful on my initial visit and the rest of the staff and store manager were incredible when I came back a few days later to pick up my bike, helping me get all the needed accessories and explaining all the care and maintenance for my new bike!

They gave me good advice when purchasing a new bike, with no pressure. They did a micro-adjust on the shifting a few days later with no waiting. They didn't have the size and color helmet in stock but they ordered it quickly. They have a good stock of everything that you need for your riding experience. The staff are adults and are actively involved in the local riding scene.

Wow!! What awesome customer service! I was buying a bike for the first time on my own. The employees were very helpful and listened to what my needs/plans are and were able to match the right bike for me. Instead of just letting me buy a new seat and have another sale, they encouraged me and explained why I needed to really ride my new bike for awhile before buying a new seat. I will definitely be going back and recommend my friends and family to KLM.
