Savile Road is a great bike shop. can't say enough good things about the entire team! I bought a custom Scarab gravel bike and the whole process from fitting to riding out the door was a very pleasurable experience. The Scarab gravel bike came out absolutely perfect, the paint job is a a real show stopper and the fit is absolutely perfect. Jeff really nailed the fit based on how I ride. I had asked for a fit that was comfortable for extended rides and overnight bikepacking and it's absolutely perfect. If you have any doubts about whether or not a custom bike is right for you, I can assure you that the team at Savile Road will be sure to get you on something that fits your budgets and expectations on how a custom bike should ride. I was in the area for work and stopped in to look around. Turns out they were closed but the shop owner said come on in and look around! We ended up talking for 40-45 minutes and I got a great jersey some tires and a couple of caps. I highly recommend this shop, they've got really nice stuff in their store and they understand cycling culture!

I spent a season racing and not doing as well as I wanted. I just couldn't shake the feeling that my fit was wrong, and I couldn't seem to get it right. So I went here to see if I could get that fixed. Steven and Jim were great. The atmosphere was relaxed. Steven clearly has a deep knowledge of bike fitting. A few hours and it was done. He not only helped me fit the bike, he showed me a couple of things with my posture I didn't even notice I was doing. I couldn't be happier. The ride is noticeably more comfortable, I feel stronger, and I'm cranking out more watts for the same perceived effort. Should have done this months ago. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a more enjoyable or more efficient ride. It's worth it.
