I was waiting on a part for my bike. It came in on Friday afternoon. I brought it to Sugar Cycles at 3pm. Fred said he did not know if he could have it ready by 6pm close but he without try. I stopped by at 5:30pm and Fred was working on my bike. He had it ready before 6pm close and I was able to ride my bike the next day on Saturday. I was very excited to be able to ride my new bike. The best customer service. Walked in with an issue on my child’s bike and the technician immediately diagnosed it and fixed it for a very very reasonable price. Down to earth and honest. All same day. 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you, Sugar Cycles!

Absolutely this is where you need to go if you need a new bike or gear. Fred and Henry were able to work with me to get a fantastic new bike with everything I could possibly want on it; this was to be my dream bike and they came through for me. Once the bike was built and ready to pick up, they took the time to explain all the various aspects of the machine including how to make any changes. Modern bikes are incredibly complex and they took the time to go through all the various components and how the work. If you need a bike, absolutely reach out and see what the shop can do for you!
