Spoke to Matt and the technician both are excellent and are very knowledgeable. This store is my favorite ❤️ I had a two year old Verve 2 and I upgraded the breaks to Dot oil instead of the mineral oil breaks with new calipers and wow 🤩 new bike feeling again. Thank you 🙏

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that helped me get new tires and a bike seat. Quick turnaround and when I went to pick it up the Trekk employee even helped me load my bike in my car.

Great technician, great service. Highly recommended! I must give five star rating!!! When I found my mom’s wheelchair got flat tires, I was trying to inflate with my manual pump. It doesn’t work. I brought it to a bicycle store in memorial center. The technician there told me the tire in and out needs to be replaced. It will cost me around $300-$500. They don’t have that kind of tires in the store. I asked him to pump air in to see whether it will work. He tried, he couldn’t inflate the flat tire for some reason. The other day, I search and find Trek Bicycle is close by. I brought my mom’s wheelchair there. Their technician first checked both wheels, then pump the air in. No leaking! They let me go without any charge. I was so happy, so was my mom. This wheelchair is a gift from my brother to my mom when we visited China. It made in Japan. Small but very comfortable and convenient. Since most of the wheel chairs don’t have suspension system, using air inflated tires, can reduced the body damage when rolling on bumpy road. Well five star to Trek Bicycle and five Star to Japan wheelchair!!!👏👏👏👍👍👍

Came in today Monday and the staff was excellent, just top notch & first class. Very hospitable service even though they were bit busy. Roberto C. is bilingual and was very knowledgable and took his time to show me the different bikes they have and how they operate. Roberto was able to offer some great specials and in the end I picked up an electric bike. These bikes look and ride amazing!
