I love pretty much everything about Summit Bicycles. If the store in Burlingame doesn't have what I want, they're always happy to find it for me at another of their stores. They offer the best bikes at reasonable prices -- and sometimes fantastic prices! And they stand behind what they sell, providing free regular maintenance and going to bat for me when the manufacturer just couldn't seem to get it right. Their personal service is priceless, as they've proven time and again. I've sung their praises to friends and strangers for years now and I have no plans to stop!

Today I had the pleasure of renting a beautiful Trek Madone at Summit Bicycles Burlingame. What an excellent service provided by Anthony and his team and they deserve even 6 ⭐️. I organized everything out of Dubai. My emails were promptly and very competently answered. When I arrived everything was ready, the final setup (seat position adjustment, Garmin radar, Look pedals, etc.) was quickly done and I was in no time ready to go for an amazing 4hrs ride. When strolling around in the shop I could see that they have actually a very nice selection of products. Clothing for the different seasons, nutrition, bike equipment (i.e. I saw a 135mm race saddle, a dimension you rarely see in the shops) or the most important DIY tools, they had it. I think the prices were fair for a high end machine like a Trek Madone. I’ll definitely go back to this shop and I can without hesitating recommend Summit Bicycles in Burlingame 😀.

The perfect bicycle shop! I purchased bicycle for my daughter, and right away Brendon helped with all of his knowledge, he understood what im looking for, felt like I came to the rifght place, he was very professional and helped me be assured that I’ll get the best costumer service. Great high quality products and in fair prices. I will definitely recommend ! I know I have my favorite ride shop.

Not worth the money. Find a better place. I brought my bike in for a $600 service & not happy at all with the outcome. I called and asked about the service and they said there was a language barrier with the mechanic, so they couldn't answer any questions about the work that was done. Nice guys running the place but will never bring my bike in to be serviced.
