I have been buying bicycles and having all of my bikes serviced here for over 13 years. The team is amazing and they stand behind what they sell. For example today I took my daughter’s fairly new bike in because I thought she broke something on it. They immediately identified what happened and turns out it is an issue that happens on Treks time to time and they fixed it for free saving me over $100. Love their no pressure sales technique and they answer all of your questions.

I have been going here for work on my bicycle since I moved to Shreveport about a year ago. The work has always been done quickly and well, and the staff has always taken care to show me what needs to be done and why so I understand what is going on with my bicycle. I consider myself fortunate to have found them to take care of my bike.

***The only place in Shreveport/ Bossier I've found to trust with my hiking/ camping needs!*** Everybody knows Academy and Bass Pro have the generic, run-of-the-mill type stuff, but this is *THE* store to go to if you miss REI or anything of the like. Even with the smaller selection that they've started, they immediately have better and more pertinent equipment than any of the sporting goods stores around here. Lastly, and most importantly, THE STAFF ARE INCREDIBLE AND ACTUALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE/ EXPERIENCED. I thought I was going to have to drive 3 hours just to get my s/o sized for a hiking pack, for example, but now I know I need to look no further than Adventure Provision for *any* of my hiking/ backpacking needs.
