I came here to get my mountain bike repaired and dropped it off and it took about an hour and a half to 2 hours for them to repair it which is fine but it turns out that the repair they did is just a temporary fix and then I'm actually going to need to buy new tire which I wish they told me in the first place instead of spending $200 and feeling like I got ripped off. I only needed a tune up, a tire repair or replacement and a chain replacement. $200 just seems really high for a temporary repair. If you're looking for a bike shop I would probably look somewhere else that is more friendly.

I’ve tried this bike shop twice now and can’t get passed the lack of customer service/being a decent helpful person, unrealistic pricing, and oddly silent shop you can hear whispers in. I’ve ridden bikes my whole life but am new to the clip in pedals. I mostly do things my self but was having trouble getting the screws to fit into my shoes. I should’ve kept trying because it cost $15 for them to put 6 screws in and called it “fitting”. No mention of pricing prior to me deciding to buy a head and tailight to make the time worth it. That fitting did not include helping me find a good point of contact on my shoe to my pedals. Only to screw in the screws I failed to get in. Watching videos I made marks on one of my shoes where I thought I should keep my weight but it was just screwed in without much further effort in making sure it was right for me. I’m inexperienced, I appreciate all the knowledge when getting into something new and was left without. I’ve always gone to Bike mart on 78 where you feel much more welcomed and pricing is understandable.I don’t know why I didn’t just make the drive.

Yikes. I dropped my bike off for a basic tuneup which I was told included a basic clean. I got my bike back and the rear cassette and chain were untouched with visible dirt and grease- among other parts of the bike. I called seeking an explanation as to why I was charged over $100 and I was told that the basic clean simply includes a polish of the frame, so essentially a towel down on the bike frame. They told me that’s those extra pieces would cost more. I don’t think I would ever get my bike tuned up at the shop again. My bike was already in really good condition, I just needed a once over and I expected to pay that amount of money for a cleaning of the drive chain and for them to spotcheck any parts that would need to be replaced. No way did I think I had to go piece by piece to see if it were covered under their $100 clean and basic tuneup. I feel ripped off. Maybe it was lack of communication on their part or ignorance on mine. Upon further inspection of even just the frame- nothing was done. What did I spend my money on? Pictures included for reference.

I’m a long haul trucker who keeps my bike on my truck for rides. Got to Mesquite yesterday and pulled my bike out and had two flats! I was only in town for a short time so I popped into this place on Monday morning right after they opened and they had me rolling back out the door in under 15 minutes. Thanks guys, great service!!

Friendly staff, helped me right away. They were able to fix my son’s bike in a matter of seconds. So appreciative!!! Yall go check them out for all your bike needs
