I absolutely, positively, unequivocally Love this Bike Shop. The Owner and all of the staff are awesome, knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly individuals. I have had them fix my 15 speed mountain bike a while back. Most recently, the took care/assembled my Adult Tricycle, later repaired my bent rear fender. My Tricycle works wonderfully now. Their prices are very reasonable. I do appreciate them and the outstanding customer service they provide on a consistent basis. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cycling needs, accessories, repairs, and or safety checks. I highly recommend this Bike Shop.

Ron at the shop is really knowledgeable and helpful. He saved me a lot of money giving me the most honest advice for the repairs on my old bike. After a few adjustments, it's now riding like new. My next bike will certainly be from the Bike Shop. Thank you.

Amazing! Fantastic! Super Friendly! I could add a few more honorifics- these guys are simply the best!!! I brought my crank shaft arms in to get old pedals removed- which were absolutely frozen in place. The Owner took off the old and put on my new pedals in 5 mins. They then said "no charge"! I own a business as well, and these guys set the bar pretty high. Always great to see amazing, local owned businesses - thank you !!

Their selection, including the superb Giant Emtb, is top-notch. Ron and Kelly go above and beyond to ensure that every part of the buying process is smooth and enjoyable. They personally adjust and tailor each bike to fit you perfectly, just as they did for my wife and me. Their warm, enthusiastic service really sets them apart. I wholeheartedly recommend The Bike Shop for anyone who wants not just a bike, but a stellar buying experience!

Great experience, fair and honest pricing, and excellent customer service! Ron and Kelly are wonderful people, and I'm very happy to have my bike repaired here. I dropped off my Trek that needed some work, and even though it was the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, they were able to get it repaired on time so I could get back to riding the trails. A true local bike shop. I look forward to buying my next bike from them! Take my advice and learn from my prior mistakes - save your money and skip the department store junk and buy a quality bike that will last years.
