This is a pretty cool shop I delt with Rob mostly and he has no problem figuring out how to do most anything. Get there early because they can get very busy. The thing that I got out of stop by a few times was if you listen carefully, you'll be able to do a little research do most of you own upgrades & repairs. Great experience. Thanks guys

Great crew at MBBS. Kind and professional guys. They’re racers too. That experience applies to service. They know whatever is wrong with your bike at a personal level.. they’ve already problem solved whatever you broke a thousand times already.

These guys are the MacGyver of bike problems! My bike has an anti-theft system which needs a pinhead key to release my wheels. But I lost my key, and my 9 digit code, and then I got a flat tire. I thought I would have to buy a whole new bike. After feeling like I had to buy a whole new bike, they fixed everything in less than 15 minutes. I've had bike shops take advantage of me and charge me for things I didn't need. But these guys were not only great at fixing my bike, they were honest, helpful, eager to get me on my way. I cannot say anything more positive about my experience with these guys!!!!

I purchased two bikes here for my Son (6) and Daughter (8) on two separate visits. Sebastion helped us both times and was really awesome. I had an idea about what size bikes my kids might need but they were both between different sizes. Sebastion was very patient and helpful. He took various bikes off the rack and had them try peddling as he held the bikes and made adjustments. If you are thinking about ordering a Specialized bike online to save money don't even bother. Come to this shop and get it for the same price without any markup and have their mechanics set it all up for you. They have the same sales that Specialized has on their website. They will also let you bring the bike in for a free tuneup within a year of the purchase. We have three other bike shops in our area but this place is worth the 15 mile drive and is our go to shop.

I am rating my last visit to my buddy’s bike shop. I just purchased an ebike from another retailer and wanted a larger 900 watt battery. I called and confirmed that my buddy’s bike shop had one. After entering the store I was greeted by Joseph, let me tell you, his service was a game changer, he not only installed the plastics pieces needed to install the battery but had me bring the bike in and installed it into my bike for me. I have been in the retail business for 25 plus years and this is the type of service that makes you want to be a repeat customer. Thanks to Joseph for making me a born again customer. I will spread the word 💯💯
