My girlfriend bought 2 used bikes in a silent auction about a year ago. We finally got a chance to bring them in to The Bike Shop for a safety inspection and service. David and Chris have a great shop with outstanding customer service! David called us to say both bikes were ready. They looked like different bikes! New cables, new tire tube's, new seats, etc. Also both bikes were polished and looked brand new! These bikes are 70's era! David told us to ride the bikes awhile to get used to them and bring them back if anything was amiss! Total customer service and someone who pays attention to detail! He has earned our future business without a doubt! Thank you for going over and above the Call of Duty!

Went in here to pick up some bits and bobs. Affordable, kind and helpful staff; really awesome having a bike shop (and a good one) in Cloverdale. Sorely needed!

This is a great bike shop. The staff is friendly and honest. I purchased my new e-bike through the manufacturer, but needed someone to assemble it. I dropped off my box at noon (Thursday). They asked how soon I needed it. Told them I was in no hurry, other than excited to get on it and ride it. They said it would be ready the next day or on Saturday at the latest. They called me 4 hours later and it was done. Upon pick up they made a few adjustments unique to my size. Showed me some tricks. Gave me a few tips. Told me to come back in a couple of weeks in case there are a few more adjustments to be made. All this for under $190.00. Thank you guys. Great experience.

This place is awesome, I bought a new bike and they checked it out to make sure it was all good, and Chris and David are the best and very helpful they deserve a raise! Will definetly be back that’s for sure! Thanks again Chris And David!!!

Closed during normal hours. Waited 10 minutes. No actual time posted. Losers!! EDIT AFTER OWNERS RESPONSE: I'm not sure if you're trying to be funny or something, or if someone with a name similar to mine actually applied to work at your bike shop. . . BUT I WAS JUST A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER (not a prospective employee) who stopped by in the middle of a long bike ride, during your posted OPEN hours, for some supplies. As you can see from the sign posted in your window, your employee took a break and closed the store. I waited MORE than 10 minutes. . . nobody reopened the store. Two other prospective customers stopped by and left also. Everyone was very annoyed! Good luck with your hiring though. . . you clearly need some dependable employees.
