Jonathan and his team are the best in the business. They truly care about their customers and the entire cycling community. I’ve never experienced a shop before that goes above and beyond to ensure I’m getting the right products for my needs and that my bikes are always safe and reliable. I purchased a new cannondale road bike from the dropout and they also sold one of my older road bikes for me. It’s always a smooth process and Jonathan has my best interest in mind. Thank you for all your help and support!!!

Amazing customer service going above and beyond to make sure I was heard and understood regarding my drama of bike falling off rack. Then proceeding to provide a great custom job well done! Jonathan was friendly and personable with no upsells. 10/10

Poor experience, Laughably Petty. Paid $65 up front for a tube change, which was fine. However, when picking up my bike, one of the techs mentioned to the guy at the register the "forks were loose." Register guy (manager on duty?) hops on my bike and spends 5 minutes adjusting the bolts on the handle bars. I figured that was a nice touch to show customer care. Instead he tried to charge me an extra $25 for 5 minutes of labor. I was like "I didn't ask for that?", nor did they inform me there'd be an extra charge. Register guy could have left it at that. Instead he hops back on the bike and goes through the extra effort to loosen the bolts on the handle out of spite because he failed to gouge me. I handle customers daily. For a small, nearly effortless extra like this I'd just throw it in as a freebie as a courtesy to provide the customer just that little extra value to make them happy and coming back. I was flabbergasted watching this petty gentleman go through the extra 5 minute effort to ensure I received poor workmanship. Speaks to the type of person this gentleman is, and makes you wonder if this is the type of person you want working on equipment that you could potentially get injured on. Please know that is what you can expect from DropOut Cyclery.
