These folks are phenomenal! The breaks on my 4-wheeled walker were old and malfunctioning. Despite never working on this type of walker before, the mechanic was able to fix them up quickly and for a great price. Everyone was extremely friendly.

Stopped in to see if I could get my kick stand tightened. The owner came out, tightened it, adjusted my seat AND noticed my rear wheel out of alignment, he fixed that too !! I was looking for an upgraded Mountain Bike for myself, Hannah was very knowledgeable & showed the various price ranged bikes. I settled for a Norco Storm for my needs. The shop holds an extensive range of associated accessories & a repair facility.

I grew up going to the spoke and buying cheap stickers from Paul to put on my bike helmets with my friends, they were always welcoming to us and never chased us out! More recently as an adult, I have been to the spoke three times in the last year or so and each time has been a pleasure. We have gotten our very young daughter a helmet there, had some breaks tightened up and an general look over, and now we have them assembling an electric cargo bike for us. Every interaction is pleasant and the owner and techs all enjoy what they do and are pleasant to help. If you are new to biking, go ask some questions they are nice! If you are an old pro, well they can still probably help!

Awesome shop, such great people. Appreciate the kind, helpful, knowledgeable time and assistance we had helping our college student find a bike and all the accessories he needed. Love seeing business that have employees who are passionate and excited about what they do. Keep up the amazing work and THANK YOU!
