This guy uses his online store to flex his superior knowledge of bicycles. Do I know as much as him? No way, I just ride bikes. Somehow my lack of knowing the minutiae of handlebars made me not worth helping. Educate me please, don’t dismiss me. Fortunately I could cancel my order. Goodbye.

Not worth the money. Sloppy work and inconsistent welds. Sent 2 Litespeed T1 SL Frames to be retrofitted to disc. All communication was done with David via email. We had to pay upfront for the ALL the work. After work started I was notified that 1 of the frames needed additional repairs because it had cracked during work. I had to pay for this. The frames came back dented in the same spots. Both frames, same spots in the top tube and in the down tube. Same exact spots, same exact indentations. Frames were not dented when sent. The work was not consistent. The welds are not consistent. The potato chip work was done one way on 1 side of the tube and another way on the other tube. It Looks awful. The welds are not the same. It looks as if 2 different people welded it. We asked for the internal Tube routing. On the head tube the frames were about to be sent with the tube sticking out, not flushed. Had to discuss with the company to flush it down and make it look nice. During this work the LiteSpeed stamp on the head tube of one of the frames was ruined by welding over it. We figure it out because we asked about it. The frames were going to be sent out like this. The Litespeed etched work on the down tube was erased completely. We were not notified about this. We saw it when we received the frames. Absolute careless work on frames that cost north of 4k each. Highly disappointed. Person that we dealt with was completely unapologetic. Look somewhere else if you want decent work. I am going to post pictures later so people can see the work.

Dave is a wealth of knowledge and an expert in his craft. I had a very special vintage project that required special attention and Dave/Ti Cycles completely exceeded my expectations! I look forward to getting a fully custom titanium frame built for me sometime next year. Definitely call or come to Ti Cycles for any custom frames, parts, repairs or even questions. Thank you!

After finding a crack in my darn near one of a kind Ti Bianchi mountain bike frame I was crushed. Apparently rocking back and forth under full power with a flexy titanium bottom bracket will lead a cracked BB weld. Whodathunkit? Had a wonderful & enlightening conversation with Eric and sent my frame in. It came back fully repaired and has been going strong for 3 years. The work is fantastic & the weld looks better than the originals. Would highly recommend Ti Cycles to anyone who needs a cracked Ti frame fixed. These guys rock!
