This might be a long review. Dismayed and shocked at the complete insensitivity of the customer service department. I’m trying to return something that a very dear friend of mine bought. I’ll be at three months ago. It has never been used. He suffered a traumatic brain injury And likely will not be able to ever ride a bicycle again. I was told we have a firm 30 day return policy and when I asked if there was someone who I could speak with this person put me on hold came back to the phone a minute or two later and said no there was nobody available. I would have no problem if there was a restocking fee, but the flat out say no under the circumstances is a clear indication of an insensitive culture and very, very poor customer service.

Incredibly helpful staff. Excellent prices. Skip the REI around the corner and come here. I'm just getting back into mountain biking after many years away and they got me set up with everything I needed without no BS or upselling. I'll be making this my go-to bike shop for anything I need in the future.

Great inventory, staff always seem happy to have a lil chat and suggest products when I go in looking. I've had work done on both my bikes here and always feel well taken care of. They really go above and beyond and you can tell everyone there is stoked on riding bikes which is great to see.

Be careful. This shop is not about customer service first and foremost. got sold faulty tire (bad seam) from their stock. And it's expected that I wait for a manufacturer for replacement instead of them doing a straight swap to keep me on the road. *stock possibly not cycled out and old.

I have ordered from these guys a lot over the years and they are very professional and top notch. Always have a great selection and prices. I recently ordered a few things including a seal kit and couldn't find it, they immediately answered my email and sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service.
