Brought my bike in for a new gear cable yesterday. Jeff took care of it right away! I learned a lot about e-bikes, which he patiently told me about. Very reasonable price for replacement too. I’d definitely recommend this place 😎🚴🏻‍♀️ Thought I’d add a colorful pic of my now happy bike Franklie!! 🚴🏻‍♀️

Shop here if you’re looking for incredible service and knowledge! Broke a spoke on my rear wheel just outside of Mt Horeb which caused a bad wobble. Made it to the shop and met the owner at the front door when he was opening up for the day. He got my bike on the rack right away and had me back on the road in no time at all with a new spoke and perfectly trued wheel… and at a very reasonable price! Had some time to look around and he’s got great prices/sales and a really good selection of bikes/parts.

Brought my e-bike in for the guy to take a look at. He gave it a once-over and told me I would need a new part from the manufacturer. I ordered the part and went to pick up the bike (easy install so I didn't want to take up his time) and got ready to pay my bill. He said no charge because he didn't fix it. Too kind. I'm definitely buying my kids' bikes from him in the future. Lifetime customer made.
