Everyone is Knowledgeable Kind Patient and thorough in explaining everything. Everyone goes out of their way to assist you and answer your questions and help clear up any concerns you may have. They give you good information to be able to make great decisions. We are beyond happy with service we had done on our trek. It came back “like new”. Prior to leaving the bike. We went over the bike and what it most likely would need and decided on which service was most appropriate. Trek East Northport is not out to sell you things you don’t need. They certainly keep their customers best interest a priority. I’ve been a customer here since my very first bicycle as a child when it was Adam’s Cyclery, and gladly continue to be a satisfied customer bringing my child here

My wife had a very positive experience. Friendly and professional environment where Carmine and Darren listened to our concerns and made all adjustments needed to accommodate us. Great for beginner or seasoned cyclists. We highly recommend!

Brought my Marlin 7 tire in and the maintenance guy showed me how to change it. He explained how the bead on the tire will make a popping sound to change it and how it should look and sound once placed on correctly. Bought a new tube and everything was well priced. Overall, these guys at Trek are pretty awesome.

Called to get a price. Went in and they charged me less. Did and incredible job. Gave me a ton of info and even made some adjustments that I needed. Great guys and a beautiful shop. My new go to.

The folks at Adams Cyclery went the extra mile to get me the Trek Bike of my dreams. They set it up, made all the adjustments so it fit me just right and gave me ample time to test ride it. Love the bike. Love the people at the shop.
