I was gifted a Pure Cycles bike from Bike Discounters last Christmas and now that I’ve ridden for a bit I can say that this is the perfect bike. The person who gifted it to me knew that I rode in the city and the owner, Justin, picked out a single speed, coaster style, bike that was the perfect size! It’s been an easy upkeep and light, just what I needed for my commute. I highly recommend this shop!

Great people great service, terrific inventory of bikes. I've had several repaired, flats get the ABCs done, air brakes chain checked repaired, bought my son a 14 speed bike here.

The Tech did a poor job of going over the bike and left a few dangerous issues unchecked. First, he installed a new neck on my bicycle. It wasn’t near tight. Think about if that happened to anyone who turned the handlebars and the wheel didn’t. That’s a potential disaster. I found out today that my front wheel wasn’t tightened. He delivered the bike back to with no air in tires and all of this took a full two weeks to end. If you go thoroughly check the bike over. BD earned this one

Went to this bike shop this am — been raining all weekend and it cleared up just enough time to get a quick ride in.. I got a flat tire on my last ride and needed to install a new tire tubeless and had no sealant. This was the only bike shop open when I arrived they literally had no sealant anywhere. Justin the tech that works there helped me track down what was probably the only bottle of sealant in the bike shop that may have been from a job because it wasn’t even in the system but he sold it to me anyway and saved my day. Just want to say thank you to Justin and thank you to the shop owner for allowing Justin to make those cans of decisions. I truly appreciate you guys thanks.
