Outstanding service!! John and Zak are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to making adjustments to our bikes after flight travel, Zak shared helpful tips regarding bike maintenance as well as local biking trails. Highly recommend this shop.

I just spent $ 3,100 on a brand new Trek E-bike from this store. The salesman, John, forgot to give me the charger and the bike keys. I was nearly home and I called and asked him (since he admitted he forgot) if someone could save me the trip and run it over to me (I live about 20 minutes away). NOPE. No interest AT ALL. He was extremely uninterested in helping me with this. He said he could mail it (2 days anyway) or I could come back. I went back. 40 minutes round trip. This was supposed to be a fun purchase. Now - I'm very indifferent to this store and the salesman. I know times have changed - but this should have been an easy one to keep a local customer happy. I was going to give them my Domane to sell and I would have worked with them on that. Not anymore. I'll find a new bike shop. So - ignore customer service at your peril. Ralph Strangis

Wow, what a fabulous and professional service here at the Trek bike shop in Palm Springs. I just bought a Trek Checkpoint today, and Wendy was a HUGE help and offered me a very good, reduced price. I’m super grateful for for her (and Matt’s) helping me in a difficult situation. Thanks! ❤️

These people are fabulous. Zack, a Marine Vet, took the time to reset the handlebars and seat on my bike as I have a pinched nerve in my neck. He even helped me get it back in my car. It is much more comfortable now. Many thanks, Ben

Don’t go there, I went there to get my breaks and new tubes installed and my bike came back broken. It was clear my bike had been dropped because my mirror was bent down I had to adjust my Handel bars and my break lever was snapped. The guy at the front wanted to argue with me proceeded to tell me the reason why my breaks weren’t working was because of the snapped lever but I rode my bike into the store and it wasn’t in that condition when I left. Instead of being helpful and understanding he told me we didn’t touch it. I don’t have energy for ignorance so I left but I won’t be back. Really disappointed. My bike is my car.
