Went to get George's new E- bike to work, they had a grand opening and fed us lunch and dessert, they are picking up George's bike and going to get it going for him and delivering back to him, unbelievable customer satisfaction, I hope they succeed as I would definitely buy a E- Bike from them! Awesome people and Michael who I talked to was great !

What a great place. I had the unfortunate situation that a previous installer did not properly secure a trailer hitch originally. I heard that Alcorn installed trailer hitches - who knew? I stopped by and Jerry and Dave literally dropped everything to help me out! They were very creative in responding - and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Frankly, not sure what I would have done without their help - but I am guessing it would have included finding someone to remove my bumper to complete the repair. All done with a level of professionalism and friendliness that is missing with so many merchants these days!! And one of the best parts was that Jerry’s mom was the friendly face behind the register. All in all, a great experience and a great outcome.

I had the pleasure of taking my bike to Alcorn Adaptive Bike and Mobility shop at 3800 Vista Chino. My first big mistake was to buy a senior trike online, and one I will always remember. The bike arrived and being an 80 year old senior is bad enough but I realized there was no way I was going to be able to put the bike together if I lived another 10 years. The instructions were the worst ever and the video was even worst Jerry with his infectious smile and friendly staff came to my rescue and within two days were able to fix the damaged parts from shipping and had me riding my electric three wheeler in two days. Honest and fair pricing and they went the extra mile to make me whole again. I can't thanks Jerry and his staff for making me smile when I thought I would never get this bike together. Went looking for a tire and tube. Stopped by Alcorn. Ordered new tire. It was ready the next day. Really friendly people. Great pricing. Great customer service. Really just a fun place to go!! They will be my place to go for my bike needs!!

If you need service on your bike, e-bike, scooter, etc, don’t hesitate to go to Alcorn Adaptive. I’ve had two regular bikes tuned up there as well as new rotors and brakes installed on my e-bike. Jerry and staff are knowledgeable, pleasant and fair. It’s always a happy place to be. Special mention about Chelsi, who is always so helpful.
