I'm a 270 lb novice bike rider, with mobility issues. I researched Ebikes for a year. I cant do a 24 or 26 inch bike, the tripper is a 20 inch. I sat on the Tripper Falcon II for 15 minutes at a bike store. Flat footed on a sturdy frame, comfy seat. The max weight is 500 lbs, holds 2 riders. I paid over time (Klarna) and Tripper delivered personally to my house. I took the hill on my street, with peddle assist, like butter. The motor and build is tremendous! 25 mile an hour top speed, with disc brakes for great stopping power. Complete with a motorcycle high power headlight and rear tail light. With pedal assist, an 80 mile range, estimate. A bike rack with large basket available. My wife and I have taken bike rides to places we could have never gone to, without the bikes. I can't really walk anywhere. The Tripper Falcon 2, build and customer service, are fantastic! It has opened up a whole new life for my wife and I! Now I have the 2 battery upgraded model. Great upgrades. A moed style ebike, able all others It's amazing. I hardly have to charge it. Added sadde bags for shopping at Trader Joe's. Ride it to our mall to shop have lunch and dinner. Use it to go pier fishing. My back and legs are much stronger. Get a Tripper, your life will change.

Great e-bikes at the best price. Freddie is the man and he hooked you up like everyone is family! He helped with service and advice on taking care of the bike. This is where I would tell everyone to go for their ebikes and not get ripped off. Just cross over 200 miles on my bike in 3 weeks of owning it!

GREAT CUSTOMER CARE! While trying to buy a bike using Klarna payment there was a whole mix up on the end of Klarna. Klarna actually made no payment to Tripper bikes, so no bike could be delivered to me. However Klarna continued taking payments out of my account for the loan and I have NO bike. Klarna keeps giving me the run around while still taking my money. Tripper bikes owners are going way above and beyond to help me clear this up with Klarna. Klarna WILL NOT get my business again!!!! Update: 11/20/24 Tripper ebikes owners and I have finally gotten most of the issue taken care of. Kudos to Tripper ebikes owners!!! Now I just have to fight with Klarna to get my $200 refund. Klarna will never get my business and I WILL NOT recommend Klarna, it works until it doesn't and they Will Not assist in problem solving. Check the BBB complaints about Klarna and many of the stories are similar to mine and some worse, customer service sucks......Be Very Aware!!!!!!!!!
