These guys sell through Amazon. They say they have service capabilities. THEY DO NOT. I needed help configuring a Varstrom display and they were worthless. Even though this item shipped from them through Amazon, they referred all technical help back to Varstrom. Varstrom is in Hong Kong: PRC. Twelve time zones away. Spend a little more and use Shimano or Bosch with customer service offices in the USA. This 750 watt package shipped with no installation, service or configuration manuals. The Varstrom controller sold is not even listed on the Varstrom website. The plugs didn’t even match. They sent the battery rack with a male to mate with a male on the motor. I had to buy an adapter.

I Went in for a tire repair they were fast and quick with the repair very professional will come back to them for any of my bike problems or questions.

They have a description Says they fix ebikes I went there from long ride with no brakes and they tell me NO So if you trying to fix your ebike here Don't waste your time
