We rented from them to visit a local ski hill. They were patient and kind fitting us with the right gear. Unfortunately the ski hill ended up closing before we could use the equipment and they could not have been kinder when we went to return. Wonderful customer service. We can't wait to rent again when we return next year!

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Got a beautiful ski package as a gift and needed a different boot size. The crew made it effortless, plus gave me some tips on new places to find trails. Highly recommend!

We buy all of our ski stuff and bike stuff there. Good prices, good service. Tim is a great bike mechanic and ski guy. The only place you should go in Plattsburgh to buy sporting goods (other places will rip you off)!
