Excellent service! Very welcoming atmosphere. Staff makes one feel at home. They're very good at reccomending which type of bike is best for you when you tell them what you'll be using your bike for instead of just trying to get you to buy an expensive one. 100% satisfied with Extreme Wheels.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. From the moment I walked in Zach provided phenomenal customer service. Instantly asked what I kind of bike I was looking for, what style of riding I do, started showing me different selections of bicycles to order. I went to a few other bike shops around Omaha and none of them compare to the customer service and general care that these men put into their shop. Will be back for future purchases and definitely recommending to everybody I know. You can tell these people at Xtreme Wheels truly care about finding the best bike for you. Update : this review was for the old Xtreme Wheels when Zach was in charge. Not sure about the new shop but they don’t sell the same bikes as they used to. Used to be the cheapest place in the metro to buy a trek.

I was able to get now my second bike I have ever wanted at a fair price. The shop sez that this new year they will be starting up small group rides to shorter destinations for dinners on some week night. I look forward to making more friends from this bike store.
