Great experience. I knew through some family that takes mountain biking pretty seriously that this was the only place to buy from. Greg and his team are beyond knowledgeable. He took the time to take me through each model and explain what made it different. I was able to make a choice based on exactly what I was looking for. I'm a novice looking for another way to exercise. If this becomes more of a lifestyle for me and I'm in the market to upgrade again, I will 100% go back to BWB no question. J

This is the second bike we've purchased from Beachwood Bikes and we could not be happier with both our experiences! Greg and his team are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I took my son here for some small repairs on his bike about 2 weeks ago. Greg was absolutely great. They were going through a huge renovation at the time and he took a few minutes out of his day to help us out. He also had some great ideas to make some adjustments to his braking system. We will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

Phenomenal service and atmosphere. They did a great tune up on my Fuel Ex that I have had for a couple years, and made it feel brand new. Found obvious flaws that other shops said were normal, and took care of them appropriately. I also purchased an FX3 from here for road biking, and they were completely helpful with that purchase as well. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Happy trails

We had an awesome experience. Staff was super knowledgeable about all kinds of bikes but especially the BMX ones for our 13yr old son. They had so much patience and let him sit on about 10 before choosing the perfect one.
