Cannot say enough good things about this location and the help received from Josh. He has patiently walked me through my first major bike purchase and every step after getting it dialed in. Grateful for the above and beyond support and service. Update: service was so great I brought my little man in and set him up on his first Specialized as well! Lifer at this location

I love this shop! They have taken my Specialized Tarmac and Diverge and turned them into the bikes of my dreams! Their customer service is outstanding and if they don’t have what I need, they place an order and let me know as soon as it comes in. Whether it’s apparel, safety gear, bike parts or anything else, these guys are top-notch! Huge shout out to staff who are some of the coolest guys to talk to and very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of me and my bikes. Thanks guys! I’m a customer for life! 🤙🤙🤙

My son Jordan ( he is my Special needs son) had some bike issues, these guys brought us right in and took care of his issues. We are here from NC only for a few days and thanks to Bike Masters he will be able to enjoy his bike while we are here. Highly recommend for any repairs. Thank you Bike Masters

We came in looking for something specific. My brother in-law is autistic. And we are fixing his e-bike. These guys are high end specific shops. Yet still hold the small mom and pop customer service. They didn't have what we needed. But they still went above and beyond to help us where they could. 5 stars. Thanks again.
