World class service. 10/10 recommend Bikemasters Gilbert. Go see Eddie! There’s no day like New Bike Day! This time they helped us pick out the perfect first big boy bike. Quality bikes and quality local support.

Don’t take your bike here for a repair. I had them quote a repair. Quote was a fair price but too much for an old bike so I declined. Went back to pick the bike up, what I got was the frame, a detached chain, and a grocery bag full of parts. Their explanation? “Well, we had to take it apart to quote it.” No offer to reassemble, no apology, and not a word from them as I voiced my concern and ultimately walked out silently. TO THE REPLY: I had no way of knowing you would have it completely torn down, but getting it back in the same condition I brought it in is a reasonable assumption to make. Just like I don’t ask my mechanic to make sure he reassembles the car, or my pool guy to screw the pump back together. Now: the suggestion that it isn’t safe to ride anymore? Great to know…now. That would have been good information to have. It could even have led to a sale, considering I either need a hefty repair or a new bike.

My bike was having issues shifting correctly. The necessary repairs were made and now it shifts flawlessly. Thank you Matt and crew!

Will NEVER go to this shop again. Matt, the manager/main tech would not stop cursing in front of my young kids (after asking he stop). I came in with a wheel that was perfect and left with the carbon broken. Matt insisted it was not their fault and now I’m out $900 for a new set of wheels. Stay away. Management needs a facelift. Won’t trust BikeMasters or Matt with any of my bikes again.

If you are looking for a great bike and even better customer service. Go see Taylor at Bike Masters in Gilbert. Definitely the nicest most helpful store associate I’ve ever came across. I would highly recommend him for any of your bike purchases. No pressure. No up selling. He lets you buy what you want. Got 2 new bikes for our kids and he was a rockstar with the way he treated the kids when we picked them up.
