So I came in a week ago paid them to adjust my break cables because I know nothing about bikes. The guy did it a week ago to him 2 minutes but I paid them. Today I go in to see if they could do it this old blad man telling me it won't be done for a day or so. I told him it only took his person a couple minutes to do it last week he had to nerve to say well that's why you back a week later because they did it in a couple minutes. I said we'll I still paid them to do it if they didn't have time to do it right he should have told me instead of doing it half ass and still charging me. If you want good service I don't think this is the place to go

These guys have no experience servicing full suspension mountain bikes but still accepted my bike. Instead of calling me, they went ahead with incorrectly routing the cables and even externally routed a brake cable that was supposed to be internally routed. They used the wrong routing port, zip tied the rest to the frame, and then said it was "fine." No offer to correct the mistakes that were done, wasted $220. Highly not recommended.

The bad reviews are fully accurate unfortunately. I did not feel welcome here at all (I'm African American) and the bikes are all old, in bad shape, and extremely overpriced. Didn't even bother taking pictures because I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible.

Used to be a nice classic BMX store. Now when you go in there nothing but expensive trendy bikes mountain bikes that you can find anywhere... Little secret if you really want to make a bike shop go into the vault take a couple notes and start stocking some BMX parts maybe even older parts and bikes
