A couple weeks back I went into the shop looking to convert my bike from riser bars to drop bars and had an incredibly insightful, helpful, and professional consultation with the store manager, Ryan. He talked me through exactly what I needed for the conversion all while fitting the bars to my height/measurement and staying within a general budget. I was only in Chino for a visit and live over an hour away in the SFV (northridge). I still chose to order parts through Ryan due to his professionalism and deep knowledge. If you’re ever in need of a major bike upgrade/repair I wouldn’t hesitate to come in!

Excellent! I brought my 10 yrs old girl bike to repair tires , they are such a honest & professional shop, gave us many extra help & knowledge coz my girl & I know nothing about bikes ! Highly recommend , thanks so much BikeFix !!!

This shop provides the best service and the best prices!! I have been here 4 times and every time they have repaired my bike while I waited. Brought in my regular bike and my e-bike they fixed them all. Thanks BikeFix

I was looking for new cleats for my road shoes and Ryan, Mike and Corey all helped give their input on which of the SPD SL color option to go with. Very knowledgeable and great service. Looking forward to coming back soon. Update: their inventory keeps getting bigger and better

Friendly service, the gentleman in the shop was very helpful with the free inspection on my current bike. I appreciated that he informed me that it was not worth setting an appointment for a serious tune-up, saving me time and money. Even so, my bike runs a lot smoother thanks to him. He was also able to inform me on price ranges and the ergonomics of mountain bikes. Will be saving money to buy one of the models they sell, it was a very stark difference in quality compared to what I already own. Thanks, BikeFix!
