I took my bike to this store for service, and had a great experience. The lady who answered the phone was super friendly and Christian did a great job servicing my Cannondale bike in a day. While I was there, a teenage boy went to pay Christian $5 because he did not have enough cash the other day when his bike was serviced, and Christian told the boy not to worry and just come back for future services. What a great neighborhood bike shop!

Great service and suspension expertise. I recently visited Bikehouse for an upgrade to my rear shock, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Christian, one of the staff members, was absolutely fantastic. He installed my new shock in less than an hour, which was impressive when most bike shops require leaving the bike for days. But what really stood out was how he took the time to help me set the rebound and compression adjustments perfectly tailored to my weight and riding style. His expertise and attention to detail made a huge difference in my bike's performance. If you're looking for top-notch service and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend Bikehouse!

Definitely my new go-to bike shop! Brought in my Specialized Kenevo SL to get the cables shortened and they were able to get it done the same day. I’m really particular about my bike so it was great to see Christian take such good care of it. The cables are super clean and tidy! Very friendly help at the front desk, too. High recommended if you need anything done to your bike.
