I'm new to cycling. I brought my bike in to get the tires change. He made sure everything was working right on my bike. The brakes were slowing my momentum and he fixed that plus making other small adjustments. Also the store is nice looking and clean. 5 stars. A great store and honest owner

Although this review is listed under my wife's name, I had the pleasure of visiting Brandon Bikeworks with my granddaughter to service her bike. My name is Don and Rob met me immediately walked in. He was courteous, professional, patient and kind. The visit was one of the best experiences I had in a business in a long time. I will definitely visit again and I recommend Brandon Bikeworks to anyone.

I recently went to BB to get a bolt that had fallen off my bike. The staff were extremely helpful and matched the bolt that I was looking for with several that they GAVE me for FREE!! I have had my bike service there for several years and the staff have always been courteous, knowledgeable about the products they recommended, installed them properly and explained what they did and how to use them. If you have a bike that you want to maintain and be serviced properly, this is the place you want to go!!

This is an amazing bike shop. The people are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was greeted by Jose, who both professionally and presently assisted me with a tire fix as well as worked with me in selecting a new bike for my wife... I highly recommend Brandon Bikewoks and it will now be my only bike shop. 👍👍
