I was thrilled to find everything I was looking for in an electric bike with the Jupiter Discovery X5—especially with so many options on the market! I ultimately chose Emoto Supply Company as my vendor after seeing Dak Prescott buy electric bikes for the entire Cowboys team from them. I figured if he trusted the company, so could I! My experience with Emoto began when I started emailing for information on the Jupiter X5 and X7. To my surprise, I received a personal call from Alex, who provided outstanding customer service from the start. He patiently answered all my questions about the two bikes and even greeted me by name when I called back—a small but meaningful touch that speaks volumes about their customer service. One thing that really stood out? No frustrating automated systems! Every time I called, I reached a real person immediately—something rare these days. Through multiple conversations, Alex continued to provide thoughtful answers, which gave me the confidence to make the right decision. Buying a bike online requires trust, and thanks to Alex and Emoto, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The X5 is perfect for my short stature and has all the features I need. I’ll be riding it on lake trails and around a resort community, and its folding design makes it super easy to transport when I travel. I live in Hollywood, and reached out to Cake for how to acquire one of their bikes. They referred me to EMOTO through which I had the pleasure to interface with Alex. He has answered all the questions I had prior to purchase, then assisted me post purchase with delivery and the bike configuration itself. The bike came in a really well sealed box. The shipping time was relatively fast to get here from the east coast and then the bike was pretty much mostly built so very little work remaining till I was able to enjoy the bike. I have had the bike now for a few weeks and it’s so good, I love that it comes with a key that locks the steering to the left so that no one can ride off with it and that you need a key fob to power it on. Also just discovered the 3 mode toggle that can be adjusted on the fly and so that’s super nice to ride it at comfortable speed versus going super fast on faster roads. Thank you Alex for your help with this purchase, happy customer here in LA! Sorry I have not captured any better photo just yet but will hopefully soon!

So much irony that a vendor doing business at EMOTO Electric Bicycle store parks in the protected bike lane in front of the store. A short stop is bad enough, but this was for an extended period of time. Store employees didn't care either.

This spot is absolutely fantastic, no doubt about it. Fred and Alex are truly genuine and generous individuals who went the extra mile to assist me in finding the ideal ride. For anyone in the St. Pete or Tampa vicinity, there's no need to search any longer for a top-notch electric bike. The service is exceptional, and the customer care is equally outstanding. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart from the rest. Plus, their extensive knowledge about electric bikes makes the purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable.

Had a great experience buying my bike here. Shout out to Michael & Darius who've helped me with a test ride and designing and buying my bike. I've been taking it all over Tampa having a great time. The quality of the build and materials is far superior to other products we've tried, and their customer service is great! Stop thinking about getting a bike here just go for it you definitely will not regret.
