The owner was really helpful / nice cause I wasn’t sure what type of tires I needed.He put the inner tubes and tires for my bike and even fixed my seat without me telling him anything about it. And it wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be so that was a big plus.!!

The owner did amazing job on my toddler's new bike! I've tried setting it up on my own at home but had a really difficult time with it. I'm so glad I took the bike there, I made the right choice. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

I brought in a brand new bike that I never used to say that I needed the tire fixed.When I picked the bike up, he charged me $ 84. I asked for what? He took it on his own to disassemble the bike and then put it back together because he said it was put together wrong.This guy is clown and be careful when going in there.

I have to write another review because the owner doesn't do unnecessary work and he doesn't do this job for a check. He seriously cares about his customers. I brought in a brand new Schwinn bike, he promised to get it tuned and fix the tire I had trouble with. He just fixed the tire and disregarded the tuning when he found out that my brand new bike had a factory defect. I got my bike replaced under warranty and kept the spare tire as a spare part. If you have any bike issues, I strongly recommend Carmen's Schwinn!

I brought in 2 bikes for repair. Carmen was diligent and honest. He said 1 of the bikes was not worth the money repairing it. So he turned down easy money in favor of saving his customer money. He previously fixed my son's bike last year. I would recommend this wonderful neighborhood business.
