Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STAR all the way! We started to meet with Roman who did an excellent job describing the Onewheel options and even got a Onewheel for our boys to try out in the store! The store was busier as we were there for a bit, so we also worked with Nick who finished helping us. Nick was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We ultimately purchased and are very happy with the service we received! Thank you Cedar Creek!

I have great things to say about Cedar Creek Outdoors! I visited knowing what I wanted, and with the help of the wonderful staff members, I left with even more great products! The bike section of the store really stood out to me as the products are easy to find, well stocked, and the staff know what they are talking about. Really, what else would you need? I am looking forward to purchasing my ski equipment, and visiting Cedar Creek Outdoors many times in the future!

Jerome and his team were great!! He helped me and my son out last month to buy a helmet. Was super friendly and helpful with my son to get the right helmet. More recently, I was having issues with the brakes on my eBike making noise. I took it to a different local bike store for service. They refused to even let it in their store until I removed the battery because I did not buy it from them. They then told me they would not be able to remove the rear wheel either, in case anything broke, they couldn't get parts for it. Again, because I didn't buy it from them. Ironically, they told me to try Cedar Creek Outdoors, as they have "much more liberal policies than we do". Wow, ok. Well, I am glad they did!!! Cedar Creek Outdoors greeted me with a smile, can do attitude, and willingness to fix my problem. They had my bike fixed in less than 3 days!! The price was even lower than I had thought. By the way, Cedar Creek Outdoors doesn't sell the brand of eBike I have either, but they treated me all the same. GREAT Customer service. Huge shout out to Jerome and his team!!

Do not test ride a Super73. It will force your brain to purchase one immediately and ride it all the way to Kewaskum on the first try. The entire staff was welcoming and encouraged me. I have ridden over 100 miles on my bike already this week. I haven’t been able to say that for 31 years. Don’t be shy, go test ride one keep an open mind wear your helmet, wear your safety gear and get out there and ride. I

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the only store you need. The team there works hard to keep the store clean and ready for all your outdoor sports needs. I got my Super73 e-bike there and couldn’t be happier. They have sharpened and waxed my skis and tuned my mountain bikes so all my equipment will run perfectly for years to come. As a ski instructor, I trust this place to have anything I need for the terrain I ski and train on. If you have always gone to the typical bike shops in the area, it’s time for you to make the change and head over to this place, you’ll feel like you’re the most important customer, and know you have quality service and products. Don’t forget to grab a beverage when you’re there in the spacious waiting area! Great place you won’t want to leave! The best bike, ski, outdoors shop around without a doubt!
