Great place to rent a bike. I am not certain most people use their rental bikes as much as we did. We had problems. My buddy's chain broke and they replaced it. We had a flat and they had provided us an allen wrench with the bike and spare tube which we used to fix it. The bikes worked well and we had a great time riding the trails. I would certainly recommend you ride some of the 20-30 mile bike only trails available here. Staff very friendly when we arrived to pick up the bikes and a bit too busy when we came to drop them off again.

Blake and Sam are lifesavers. I cycled up from Milwaukee and was in desperate need for a rear rim to get back. I stopped in just before closing and was taken care of immediately. They fixed my bike so fast that I still had enough time to grab a bear down the street before riding back home. Cheers to Blake and Sam 🍻 🚴‍♂️

This is my favorite bike shop! If I am traveling the Ozaukee trail north I always stop here for my rest stop. I’ve been coming here ever since they first opened and the owner is really knowledgeable about what he’s doing. I finally decided to pull the trigger on a new bike that I had been eyeing up for over a year. I was never pressured into buying the bike and they even let me test ride it on multiple occasions. If you are in the area 100% a must visit destination I will continue going there.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They assisted with understanding our pursuit of bike assembly. The shop not only has great new bikes, they also carry some great used bikes. I know cause I bought a beautiful one. Great bike shop! will definitely be a regular visitor. Thanks!
