Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable owners and staff who have always patiently answered my many questions. I've been very impressed with the service I have received and the products they carry as well. I have only been to this shop in the last year but I much prefer it to other bicycle and/or ski shops in the area for reasons previously mentioned. It will be definitely my "go to" shop in the future.

Just purchased ski gear. Boots, googles, and a helmet. Excellent customer service and recommendations. Made sure I was properly fitted and answered all my questions. Will be out only ski shop from here on out!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Professional attitudes. Willing to work on bikes that they don’t handle, Chinese. Told me things I didn’t know. Works like a well knit family. Can’t thank them enough.
